Return and Refund Policy for The Good Stuff SA

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. To be eligible for a return, products must be unopened and in resalable condition due to hygiene reasons (nasal strips, mouth tape, and grooming tools).

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method in South African Rand (ZAR). Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used nasal strips or mouth tape
  • Used grooming tools
  • Items not in original packaging
